Booking PROCESS

Get IN touch
Want to book a date? Head to the contact page and fill out the booking form. If you're not sure how many people you'll need to accommodate, you can lock in your date with our basic package to avoid any last minute surprises.

Once you book, I'll send you a personalized quote by SMS or email. If it looks good, just hit Accept, pay half deposit, and sign the contract.

Confirmation
After that, you'll get a confirmation email with your date and more details. I'll also send my trial and wedding day prep guide to help you plan and get ready.

Book trial day
I suggest booking it about 3-6 months before your wedding. Share your available dates as soon as you can, especially if your date is in wedding peak season.

YOUR WEDDING
About a month before your wedding, I'll check in to confirm any changes to the booking size, lock in the timeslot, and remind you of the remaining balance.

Do you offer a trial run before deciding on the booking?
I can offer a trial session before you decide to proceed. Please note that weddings are secured with a 50% deposit and bookings are first-come, first served. If a date is booked before/ after the trial without a final decision, the date will be held for the earliest interested party.
how many people can you accommodate for hair & makeup?
I can accommodate groups of varying sizes depending on your timeline or with my trusted assistants.
Do I need a trial? How far in advance should I book?
If you're unsure about styles / allergies with some ingredients. A trial is highly recommended to help run smoothly on the day. I suggest booking 3-6 months in advance. During peak seasons, last minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.
How do you handle sensitive skin or allergies?
It is highly recommended that the bride-to-be have a trial and perform a patch test for makeup products. This will help make the process smooth on the wedding day.
What if i don't like something at the trial- can I adjust it?
Of course, you can adjust the details. The most important thing is to make yourself happy and confident on the wedding day.
How many looks can I test during the trial?
We offer various packages depending on how many trial styles you would like.
Do you provide multilingual consultations if needed?
I can speak in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
What are the travel time windows for getting ready at multiple stops?
We do not recommend changing getting ready locations, as packing and setting up can be time consuming.
Do you provide touch up or restyling after ceremony?
If you'd like more style changes on the day, you may consider our extended-hour bridal package.
